Meet Dr. Michelle

As a naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist, my passion lies in restoring balance and vitality—especially those navigating infertility and leptin resistance. I take a root-cause approach, drawing from the wisdom of vitalism and combining it with the emerging sciences of circadian and quantum biology.

Rather than simply managing symptoms, I look at how light, sleep, nourishment, movement, and natural rhythms affect your health on a deep, cellular level. I believe the body is inherently intelligent and capable of healing when given the right conditions—and that true wellness begins by reconnecting with nature's cycles.

Using therapies like homeopathy, lifestyle medicine, constitutional hydrotherapy, acupuncture, and nutrition, I help guide women back to optimal health—gently, holistically, and sustainably.

I currently offer telemedicine nationwide and home visits in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas. Communities she serves in person include Mansfield, Grand Prairie, Arlington, Irving, Midlothian, Dallas, Fort Worth, Grapevine, Southlake, Garland, and Plano.
